The GDOTS Subsequence Phases are more concerned with the building of full-fledged infrastructure to support the Public Sector Data Ocean and the extendednumber of data sources collected and processing.
From this larger set of data, further analytics can be carried out to measure and quantify the service levels of Government service delivery, in which can lead to optimization in processes and ways of working and result in an improved citizen experience of Government.
